Day One - Airport to Arenal
Private transfer to Arenal - Approx. 3.5 hours. Check in to Arenal Paraiso and relax for the rest of the day.
Day Two - Arenal (includes breakfast & lunch)
Choose between Canyoneering & Whitewater Rafting and Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge
Lost Canyon Adventures and Rio Balsa Rafting combine for an adrenaline-filled day of rapelling, climbing, hiking and rafting. A perfect blend of whitewater, wildlife, rapids and vibrant jungle. Wildlife abounds, and the day ends with a delicious outdoor lunch.
In Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge you will take a fascinating boat trip through a tropical wilderness. This is considered one of the best places on the continent to see birds and wildlife. Your English speaking guide will join you for a tasty outdoor lunch.
Day Three - Arenal (includes breakfast)
Sky Tram and Sky Trek followed by Liquid Lava Hike
Sky Trek starts with a ride in the slow-paced Sky Tram gondolas that take you up through the beauty of the rainforest. Once at the top you can enjoy the magnificent views of the volcano and the lake before returning to the base.
There are two options for the return trip:
1. You can return the way you came up, in the relaxing gondola, or 2. You can zip your way to the bottom on the fast-moving, adrenaline filled system of lines above the canopy.
Feel free to enjoy the beautiful restaurant and shop and the base before heading back to the hotel.
The world famous Liquid Lava tour starts when your naturalist guide picks you up and drives you to the El Silencio private reserve. During a beautiful walk you will learn about Arenal, the tropical forest and the wildlife in the area. When the walk is finished you move to the active side of the volcano to see if you can spot any red hot molten lava spewing form the top. Here you can also try some 'Liquid Lava' - a mixture of the local 'firewater' and natural drink.
Day Four - Arenal to Manuel Antonio (includes breakfast)
Travel to Manuel Antonio - Approx. 5 hours. Check in to Hotel Mimos, and relax for the remainder of the day.

Manuel Antonio National Park Guided Tour
Manuel Antonio has three pristine white sand beaches and a large variety of wildlife. This is an excellent way to see monkeys, sloths, birds, reptiles, deer and much more. Your guide will point out the best ways to see everything while teaching you about the complex rainforest.
Day Six - Manuel Antonio
A free day, to spend exploring the quaint town of Quepos, relaxing at the pool or enjoying the beach.

Mangrove Boat Tour
Let world-class, highly trained, bilingual guides and naturalists steer you in high-tech, ultra-quiet estuary boats as the wildlife comes to you – sometimes right into the boat! Experience curious families of monkeys as they migrate across the mangrove ecosystem – which includes your boat – in search of food and adventure. And discover the secret ways different exotic trees of Costa Rica replenish the environment worldwide, yet sustain themselves for decades of growth. Don’t forget to point out the caimans, sloths, crocodiles, stunning rainbow boas, white face monkeys, egrets, and so many more species of wildlife, as your boat leisurely winds its way along the gentle currents of the coastal tides. Finally, end your adventure with a relaxing and tasty meal in typical Costa Rican flavor before returning to the hotel.
